Fastener sales is our only business. We know our products and customers. Your fastener order will be well packed to prevent damage. If we have a question about your order, we will contact you. We get it right the first time.
warranty claims and repair - manufacturer is responsible for all warranty claims and repair
we do not repair tools
no minimum order- small orders welcome
discounted shipping available - must have loading dock or forklift. Any mix of full cases over 350 lbs total (usually 10 to 12 master cartons). Email for freight rate.
credit cards - We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express cards. No C.O.D's or open accounts.
we ship via UPS only - US addresses only. You must enter a street address, no PO boxes.
return policy - returns on defective merchandise only. Returns accepted for replacement or store credit only. No Cash refunds. Contact Customer Service for a RMA # before returning any product. Items returned without a previously issued RMA # are not eligible for return.
not responsible for errors - we reserve the right to limit quantities of all items. Prices subject to change without notice.
